$80 because the guy who i brought it from, had no clue who semin was or the details of the jersey..it was a steal lol.

An authentic (retails for around $250) should NOT bleed under any circumstances.
As for the “steal,” it’s possible that you’re the one who got taken.
Wash it in the machine on gentle cycle, cold water with woolite or a similar product. Lay it out flat until it’s almost completely dry & then hang to dry the rest of the way.
You can’t shrink jerseys – if you put it in the dryer to try to do so, you risk destroying the jersey.
